World Vision Global 6k for Water

Lettered Streets Covenant Church supports children and families through Covenant Kids Congo - a partnership with the Covenant Church of Congo and World Vision. The Democratic Republic of the Congo is rich in natural resources, but its economy is stifled by corruption, mismanagement, and conflict. Without knowing it, each of us likely carries cobalt mined from the DRC in the phone batteries in our pockets - much of it mined by families and even children in dangerous conditions.* 

Our 6k run / walk / roll will support clean drinking water for kids and families in the Congo. Each registration and fundraising provides lasting clean water to a child, like the child that will be pictured on your race bib!
